"You can never be overdressed or overeducated"

What's Fast Fashion?

Fast fashion relies on low costs and very fast turnaround times in order to take styles seen on celebrities and the runway and have them in stores in as little two weeks. Although this idea may be appealing, especially to the younger generation who always wants to have new clothing and stay on top of the new trends, it comes with many negative effects. Some of the major impacts fast fashion has on the environment are water pollution, toxic chemicals, and increasing textile waste. The fast fashion industry is not sustainable, and consumers need to be more aware of how the clothes that they are buying are being manufactured.
